GCN’s team of experts invite those serving on or working with nonprofit boards to join us for this lively crash course on the fundamentals of nonprofit board service. Our discussion will cover basic legal and fiduciary responsibilities, key annual obligations, expectations around fundraising, roles and responsibilities, and the latest trends and challenges facing nonprofit boards.
