Overview

Leadership is a 360-degree endeavor, encompassing your communication and relationships with colleagues in all parts of the org chart. Whether managing up, down, or across, your success in the workplace is driven by your success in communicating appropriately and leading others through an effective combination of words, decisions, and actions.

In this four-part series, you will learn how to turn difficult situations into opportunities for growth. Focused on resolving conflict, handling difficult conversations, and leading across generations in the workplace, you will gain the skills and tools to succeed in your relationships, develop in your role, and lead in your organization and beyond.

Full participation in the Certificate of Workplace Communicate and Leadership is applicable for 14 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
