Overview

No matter how large or small an organization is, it is essential that there is direction and structure in place around HR policies that protect the organization and its most valuable asset: people. In today’s changing environment, HR professionals must be well-informed business partners as well as strategic leaders. This course will provide participants with a strategic view of human resources management and give them an opportunity to see how strategies implemented in HR actually fit into the strategic plan of the organization.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Apply strategic human resource development concepts to business issues.
  • Develop a human capital strategy plan.
  • Evaluate best practices in HR systems design.
