Timely, essential training for all supervisors: In this new two-part course, designed for our new work-for-home reality, you’ll learn how to adapt and strengthen your skills in management, supervision, and leadership. We’ll focus on key telework topics like time management and effective communications, vital ways to keep the team connected, and how to keep your people performing at their best, professionally and emotionally.

Each session will include case studies to reinforce concepts and activities to engage your team in immediately.
