Overview

The nonprofit workplace is evolving – fast. Remote and hybrid work, generational shifts, digital collaboration tools, and increased attention to equity and inclusion are transforming how teams operate. Managing the Modern Nonprofit is a three-part series that helps nonprofit leaders and managers navigate this new landscape.

Participants will explore inclusive leadership in remote and hybrid environments, learn how to bridge generational differences in technology use and communication, and redesign team culture and systems to foster flexibility, accountability, and belonging – no matter where or how people work.

Audience

Designed for nonprofit managers and leaders navigating today’s evolving workplace, this series is ideal for those who lead hybrid or remote teams, manage across generations, or shape organizational culture and systems. Participants will gain practical tools to foster inclusion, adaptability, and accountability in modern nonprofit environments.
