Full Schedule & Commitments

The full 8-10 week program, requiring 10–14 hours per organization, encompasses:

  • Strategic Options Workshop (90 minutes, held online, Dec. 10)
    Putting today’s landscape in context, learning the assessment model, and examining real-world examples of successful pivots, integrations/mergers, internal reorganizations, and responsible exits (program-specific or organization-wide). 
  • Rapid Sustainability Assessment (self-guided)
    A structured tool that rates financial health, operational stability, and readiness for change. You’ll receive a concise report that highlights strengths, opportunities, and points toward one or more strategic pathway considerations.
    • Interpretation and Guidance 1:1 Strategy Session (90 minutes)
      A facilitated consultation to review results, flag risks, lean into strengths, and align around a recommended strategic pathway.
  • Strategic Options Cohort (6 hours over four 90-minute sessions, starting Jan. 21)
    Each cohort will equip participants to develop an actionable roadmap and the tools and guidance to implement it. Join the cohort that fits your direction:
  • Optional Technical Assistance
    Additional  tailored 1:1 team or board support to advance due diligence, communications, board processes, or implementation.
