This fast-paced, practical workshop is designed to help boards and leadership teams see the full range of paths available to your organization – strengthen and scale, restructure, reinvent, collaborate, partner, merge, transfer programs or assets, and responsible exit/collaborate/partner/ally, asset transfer, merger, and responsible exit – and choose the right moves to make next.
This workshop is free for all nonprofits, but team participation is strongly recommended. An ideal team includes the executive leader, board chair (or governance/finance chair), finance lead, and a program/operations lead. Counsel may join for model/LOI questions.
