Set the stage for successful teamwork with proven strategies and actionable insights. Learn to establish cohesive teams with well-defined roles and boundaries, set compelling and motivating directions, and create supportive structures while effectively leveraging organizational resources and rewards.

  • Create a team performance plan framed around the conditions for effective teamwork

Coaching and Situational Leadership

May 9, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

Gain the knowledge and skills needed to adapt your leadership style to meet the unique needs of your team members. This course delves into expert teamwork coaching and the core principles of Situational Leadership, teaching you how to accurately assess your team’s development levels and adjust your approach accordingly. Whether you’re coaching, guiding, or delegating, you’ll learn to apply coaching strategies to ensure effective guidance and create a high-performing team.

  • Assess your team members’ development levels and determine appropriate leadership strategies using situational leadership principles

Strategies for Enhancing Team Growth

This course will provide strategies for fostering effective communication, collaboration, and cohesion within teams. Through practical exercises, participants will explore the essential stages of team development and learn how to navigate the challenges of each stage, supporting team growth and enhancing the overall performance and impact of your nonprofit organization.

Navigating Intergenerational Relationships

With a focus on navigating relationships among diverse age groups, this workshop will cover conflict resolution, effective communication, and the ethical use of power and influence. Gain valuable insights and strategies for leading your multigenerational team with confidence and fostering a collaborative, productive work environment.

Sustaining Successful Teams

This workshop is designed to enhance your leadership skills with a focus on inclusivity, which is crucial for sustaining and growing successful teams. Participants will explore key aspects of team leadership, including setting a clear direction, diagnosing and addressing team process issues, and implementing effective interventions.

  • Apply inclusive leadership techniques by creating actionable plans that foster an inclusive environment
  • Identify common team process issues and develop effective interventions to address them
