Putting people first has been the purpose of Tracey Knight’s career. Tracey is an accomplished author, entrepreneur and self-mastery coach. With more than 30 years of experience, Tracey combines her vast experience in human development and emotional intelligence (EQ) with her keen abilities as an organizational development tactician to transform culture and climate in corporate America, K-12 school systems, government, nonprofit, and higher education institutions. As a certified life, career, and personal empowerment coach, Tracey has coached and trained hundreds of individuals in more than 106 communities worldwide. From C-suite executives to emerging young leaders, Tracey has earned a reputation as a consummate professional who gets proven results when it comes to developing top talent employees and entrepreneurs.
In 2004, Tracey was recognized as a White House Fellow Finalist. She is also the past national president and board member of the Central State University Alumni Association. A trailblazer and philanthropist in her own right, Tracey is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta, SHRM, National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources. In her previous career as a teacher, she was nominated by her students as Ashland Oil’s Teacher of the Year and in 2003, Applause Magazine recognized her for Excellence in Community Service. She is also the recipient of the Atlanta Business League’s Non-Traditional Business Enterprise and the prestigious Fortitude Award, the highest honor given to members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for an unwavering commitment to scholastics, exemplary service, and sisterhood.
