Leadership Accelerator

The Leadership Accelerator is designed to provide the skills and knowledge needed to address the unique challenges faced by nonprofit executives, providing practical solutions and strategies for effective leadership. From managing limited resources and uniting diverse teams to driving organizational impact in a constantly evolving environment, these series equip you with the tools to overcome these obstacles

You’ll engage in practical, hands-on activities where you’ll apply the skills learned directly to the challenges within your organization, ensuring that the insights gained are immediately actionable. By focusing on real-world scenarios, you’ll enhance your ability to lead with confidence, foster a culture of accountability, and drive meaningful, lasting change in your nonprofit.

In addition, all Accelerator participants are invited to join our exclusive Lunch and Lead sessions, where you’ll get the chance to network with other leaders and pick up new skills.

Your recent Lunch and Lead session was incredibly beneficial, offering valuable insights and fostering meaningful discussions. I truly appreciate the collegiality and collaborative spirit that these sessions encourage. They are not only a source of professional growth but also a wonderful way to connect with and learn from my colleagues.

What makes our Accelerator unique?

Skills that Stick

Informed by our experience training thousands of nonprofit pros.
What we teach, and how we teach it, is rooted in a deep understanding of what today’s nonprofit managers need to know and do to be successful.

Immediately Useful

Busy nonprofit managers need training that delivers now – not weeks from now.
That’s why we focus on “tipping point” skills – small changes that deliver big impact – accompanied by the frameworks, feedback, and real-world examples that make it easy to use them instantly and consistently.

Fun and Different

This is not your typical management training.
Because adults learn best when they engage with content, we use role-play, case studies, and discussion groups to get participants to apply new frameworks and experience the results directly.

Support Beyond the Classroom

Completing courses is just the first step.
To ensure leaders are supported throughout their journey, participants receive full access to a suite of tools, session recordings, and templates for implementation, plus follow-up email "mini-missions," invites to gatherings and events, and an ongoing support network.

Starting up in March!
