Overview

Busy organizations need time management skills on-hand to prioritize and accomplish their work, advance their mission, and meet their service goals as efficiently as possible. When you can better manage your time, you’ll be better able to manage the unique demands of your position and expand your impact in a sustainable and consistent manner.

This course will provide you with a framework to understand your own strengths and weaknesses around time management, enable you to discern what’s most important and what’s less (or not at all) important, and leave you with simple techniques for prioritizing your work.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Assess your time management strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan for improvement.
  • Name the steps in a time study, and plan to implement one in your organization.
  • Give examples of simple techniques to help you better prioritize your work.

Audience

All nonprofit professionals will benefit from this course!
