Audience

Nonprofits that need to re-scope programs, modernize operations, and stabilize finances – without losing sight of mission and outcomes. Ideal for organizations facing funding shifts, overlapping programs, or capacity bottlenecks.

Team participation is strongly recommended. An ideal team includes organizational decision-makers such as the executive leader, finance lead, and program/operations lead, but may also include other relevant staff and board members.
