Join Jones Pierce Architects for Making Space Decisions That Work for Your Nonprofit, an interactive discussion focused on helping organizations evaluate downsizing, shared spaces, and reconfiguration with confidence.  

This session will explore how to make space decisions that support daily operations, staff experience, service delivery, and long-term flexibility, while identifying common risks related to code, accessibility, and building fit early in the process. 

Audience

This session is for staff and board members of GCN member organizations. Member dues must be current when the session takes place to receive access.

Facilitator

Cooper Pierce is Co-Founder and Principal Architect of Jones Pierce Architects, an Atlanta-based firm he helped establish in 1998. With more than 30 years of experience, Cooper works closely with businesses and nonprofits to navigate renovations, adaptive reuse, and thoughtful improvements to their spaces. He brings a practical, hands-on approach and a strong understanding of how the built environment can support an organization’s mission and daily operations.  

In addition to his design work, Cooper has spent decades serving Atlanta through neighborhood leadership, zoning efforts, and community involvement. Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending time with his two grandchildren.
