Overview

Daily pressures, in and out of the office, can make it hard to find time to take care of ourselves. For a sense of balance, peace of mind, and growth, it is more essential than ever that we develop and draw upon intentional coping skills.

This virtual course will help you understand the causes and costs of workplace pressure, the benefits of creating balance, and how to identify your pressure points. You will also learn how to apply emotional intelligence, increase optimism and resilience, and develop strategies for getting ahead.
