About Toni
Toni Paz, CFRE is a development professional, fundraising educator, and nonprofit consultant with a history of growing renewable philanthropic revenue.
Toni has spent over 20 years in the orchestra industry engaging donors as a fundraising professional, which includes serving as Director of Development for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, President of Marketing and Development for the Jacksonville (Florida) Symphony Orchestra, and Director, Corporate Philanthropy for The Woodruff Arts Center.
In addition, Toni has served on the Association of Fundraising Professionals First Coast Chapter Board of Directors, as Chair of the Education Committee for Planet Philanthropy 2015, and has been a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate since 2008. Toni currently serves as a mentor for the Atlanta AFP Chapter’s Diversity Fellows/Mentor Program.
Toni holds a masters degree in music performance from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and has maintained the CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) designation since 2005.
Toni considers herself an agent of change dedicated to helping make the world a better place by connecting a nonprofit’s mission, and the need it fulfills in society, with a philanthropist’s motivation and passion.
