Sara Totonchi is the Principal and Co-Founder of Lunoor Consulting. Sara brings 25 years of effective organizational leadership to her consulting work in support of nonprofits and social justice leaders. Specializing in leadership, strategy, culture, and executive coaching, Sara provides hands-on support for leaders across the nation. Sara is the former Executive Director of the Southern Center for Human Rights and currently chairs the Board of Directors of the Promise of Justice Initiative.
