Carly Sullivan advises a wide range of clients on managing media relations, crafting and executing public messaging and communications strategies, and achieving organizational goals.

During her time at Edelman, Carly has worked with notable nonprofit and foundation clients, including the PepsiCo Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the Walton Family Foundation, as well as corporate clients that include McKinsey, Avis, Zipcar and Unilever. She’s helped clients develop successful PR programs and campaigns around sustainability, philanthropy, DEI, innovation, and workforce topics for clients in both the public and private sectors.

In addition, Carly served as spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York under Preet Bharara, and was a Deputy Press Secretary for the New York City Department of Buildings, handling media relations and crisis response. Carly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University and currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
