Optimize your organizational design for clarity, efficiency, and rapid execution.

When the issue isn’t what you do but how you operate, this cohort helps your leadership team redesign the people-process-cost engine of your nonprofit. You’ll diagnose bottlenecks, update the org chart, align decision rights, model savings and one-time costs, and leave with a board-ready reorganization plan – without changing your program portfolio.
