This course will focus on tools and concepts to help participants focus on the financial challenges unique to nonprofit organizations.
Understanding your organization’s finances is a core competency for all nonprofit managers. Being able to build budgets, apply for grants, understand your cash position, and use the information in a financial statement – these are vital skills that anyone in a position of responsibility will need again and again.
