This Leadership Accelerator module is designed for C-level nonprofit leaders seeking to enhance their ability to drive organizational growth and effectiveness while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals.

In this workshop, participants will focus on understanding how to scale their organization’s impact while managing ongoing operational needs. Participants will explore practical strategies for balancing immediate priorities with long-term growth, ensuring both quality and sustainability as they expand their reach. Through interactive exercises, leaders will gain insights they can put into action immediately to align their work with broader organizational goals, equipping them to drive greater and more effective impact.

 

Generating Strategic Clarity

June 27, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

Discover how to overcome challenges and foster strategic clarity in your organization through effective communication. This workshop focuses on utilizing critical meetings, structured messaging, and one-on-one conversations with internal influencers to ensure strategic initiatives are clearly understood and supported. Participants will also learn strategies to maintain clarity during change, enhance decision-making, and drive organizational success through thoughtful, targeted communication.

 

Building Inclusive Systems

July 11, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

Explore a comprehensive inclusion model, highlighting key practices for fostering inclusion at both interpersonal and organizational levels. This workshop emphasizes the transition from informal, peer-led practices to structured, organization-wide initiatives that ensure sustainable inclusion. Key focus areas include establishing objective processes for meritocracy, creating innovative connection opportunities to enhance collaboration, and promoting idea integration to cultivate a culture of openness that values diverse perspectives.

 

Mastering Change Management

July 18, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

Enhance your leadership capabilities and drive impactful change within your organization by mastering essential change management skills. Learn the critical skills for leading through transformative change, from effectively communicating the rationale behind change to cultivating a culture of engagement,and empowering teams to navigate new processes. Getting Things Done Strategically

July 25, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm

Gain skills for driving strategic execution without being drawn into daily operational management. This workshop will spotlight ways to maintain a strategic vantage point while ensuring effective execution and holding senior leaders accountable for results. Through practical tools and case studies, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to lead their organizations effectively while staying focused on long-term goals.
