Coaching and Situational Leadership

This course delves into expert teamwork coaching and the core principles of Situational Leadership, teaching you how to accurately assess your team’s development levels and adjust your approach accordingly. With a focus on navigating relationships among diverse age groups, this session will cover conflict resolution, effective communication, and the ethical use of power and influence. Gain valuable insights and strategies for leading your multigenerational team with confidence and fostering a collaborative, productive work environment.
