Are you an arts organization with a facility to manage? With this Georgia Arts Accelerator series, you can get the skills to optimize your facility operations – from maintenance to risk management to renovation planning – at no cost. Apply for the Facilities Management Cohort before the September 23rd deadline – it’s the LAST we’ll be offering!

Your team will learn a range of facilities best practices, including condition assessment documentation, sustainable practices, and effective planning for future projects.

Who it’s for

Any person or team with the primary responsibility of maintaining or managing the maintenance of an arts organization facility.

Please note: Approval by the Georgia Council for the Arts (GCA) is required prior to participation. Arts organizations are defined as a nonprofit that has an arts-based mission statement and where at least 50% of programming is arts-based. Allow two weeks for your request to be processed. Due to the high volume of applications, only those who have been accepted will be notified.

Your facilitators

This program is led by Certified Facilities Management professionals from International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). 

The Atlanta Chapter of IFMA is the premier, focused resource for professional development and innovative solutions in strategic facility management. The IFMA Atlanta Community Services Committee partners with nonprofit organizations to assist them in improving their facilities and maximizing the value of their facility dollars.
