PCCI was established in 1998 with a mission to permanently rehouse people experiencing homelessness into decent, affordable housing options and to improve the quality of life of individuals and families.
PCCI’s Rapid Re-Housing program provides a crucial service to the community and our clients. We provide services to literally homelesshousing options and to improve the quality of life of individuals and families. We provide services that promote personal and economic self- sufficiency, ensuring that clients remain stably housed and thrive in all aspects of their lives. For 25 years, we have been the largest and most effective administrators of Rapid Re-housing (RRH) which is a nationally recognized best practice for addre individuals, families with children and veterans in the City of Atlanta and the counties of DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Douglas, Clayton, Rockdale and Henry.
