Chief executives of GCN member organizations are invited to participate in this forum, which provides an opportunity to address individual challenges together. These facilitated, interactive discussions are designed to assess where we stand as a community, share what we’re doing successfully, and answer questions about immediate needs.
This month, our topic is strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Now is a pivotal time for taking action and addressing some of the DEI issues in your organization. Last year, amidst the call for social and racial justice, many organizations issued DEI statements and policies; some organizations went further, holding listening sessions and town hall meetings; others created DEI plans. So how do you lead from here? What strategies are a priority? What will have the greatest impact for the organization, for the board, and for your employees?
Find out in an engaging discussion with expert facilitators and fellow nonprofit leaders about one of the most important issues facing nonprofits today.
