Community | Fiduciary Responsibilities: An Overview for Retirement Plan Sponsors
Did you know that your company's retirement plan is a living document? Are you looking to add retirement to your company's benefit package? Is your existing plan in compliance with current IRS standards?
This program, led by retirement experts from Mutual of America, will educate new and existing 401k and 403b plan sponsors on the complex terms of retirement plan management and provide a path to ensure you are meeting all obligations. We'll review who is a "fiduciary" and what that classification means for your organization's liability.
Participants can expect to walk away with the ability to:
- Identify a fiduciary, and what that means in practice
- Navigate the sales process without falling for “scare” tactics
- Understand the responsibilities that must be met
- Maintain compliance with federal legislation
Presenters
