Overview

This virtual evening workshop is designed to help those that want to start a nonprofit organization in their community and those in the first year of startup.

Passion may get you started, but government, funders, and policies are critical if you are to be successful. Many people have the opinion that there are too many nonprofits, and duplication is causing greater competition for funding. Learn how to overcome these perceptions and challenges in the community, and ensure you are on a path toward success.

The workshop covers the legal, financial, planning, governance, and fundraising areas needed to start a successful nonprofit organization.

Can’t make this date? Register for our session on July 20th.

  • Incorporation and bylaws
