Load your matching challenge dollars to your Georgia Gives profile

People love a challenge or a competition! The GGD team has worked hard to create incentive funds and prizes this year to excite and energize donors to match on GA Gives Day, but you can also create matching funds for your own organization to leverage!

Did you know that you can load a fundraising challenge onto your Gives Day profile and ask the public to help you reach it?  Think about using secured donations from your board, annual or business support as a public challenge and ask Gives Day supporters to match those amounts dollar for dollar. In fact, you can use this feature to load any donations that are a result of your GA Gives Day campaign that aren’t transacted on the website.

For example, Satilla Riverkeeper has announced matching funds up to $5,000 from an anonymous donor. We came across their promotion on Facebook (below.)  Now, they can load this gift onto their profile when they meet their match using the step-by-step instructions below.

There's still time to leverage a match for this year's campaign! Read Click & Pledge’s step-by-step instructions on how to load these in or view their tutorial video below.
