Our 1st Annual HPDL House Party

We had a blast at our 1st Annual HPDL House Party to celebrate our High Potential Diverse Leaders program at Ponce City Market.

Over 200 sector professionals joined us last Wednesday evening to celebrate the new talent in Atlanta's nonprofit and philanthropic community, thanks to generous support of MailChimp. Joining the party were a group of alumni of GCN's unique leadership development program, High Potential Diverse Leaders, which prepares 'rising stars' for executive-level careers in the sector.

HPDL alumni shared stores about how the HPDL experience helped advance their leadership skills and careers including remarks from Tiffany Tolbert, Executive Director of Everybody Wins! Atlanta who gave some advice on what she learned during her experience with HPDL last year.

One of the highlights of her HPDL experience was the one-on-one coacking by GCN's EVP Chris Allers, who she credits with giving her valuable advice that she practices in her current role. "He told me to start building my own personal board- professionally and personally with peers that I respect, people who inspire me and people who I also inspire.

"GCN's tag line is ignite possible. If you want to be ignited and learn about all of the possibilities, sign up for HPDL."

If you want to be ignited and learn about all of the possibilities, sign up for HPDL.

The application deadline for the 2016 cohort is April 1st and the six-session program experience, featuring a 360 assessment and personal coaching begins on April 20. Learn more and apply here
