Brett L. Cave has a passion for learning, training, and helping
others gain personal and professional development skills to reach their personal and career goals. As Founder and Principal of NOIYSE, a business consulting company focusing on training, social impact, and management, Brett has trained with over 20 organizations and corporations, impacting several hundred clients in various sectors.
Brett is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in community development, youth development, education, and corporate training. She holds a B.A. in French from Clark Atlanta University and a master’s degree in International and Inter-Cultural Management with a concentration in Sustainable Development. She has worked in Benin, West Africa and is a Fulbright-Hays Scholar, having studied the impact of nonprofit influence on post-secondary access to education in Salvador, Brazil.
Brett’s training expertise spans various areas, including corporate training for C-suite executives and nonprofit boards. She has experience in training technical SaaS software products, leadership development tools, strategic development, personal development, workplace resilience, and executive self-care. Her impact extends to clients such as Microsoft, the Ellis Center, Marriott Hotels, Clark Atlanta University, the Canadian Government, the City of Atlanta, and Fulton County Workforce, to name a few.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Brett has a
passion for Human Rights Activism and has volunteered with
various organizations such as WRFG, Piedmont Park Conservatory, and Safehouse Outreach. She has traveled to five out of the seven continents and finds joy in positively impacting lives across the globe.
