Nonprofit University - Executive Programs

Today’s nonprofit leaders face unprecedented challenges in leading their organizations. They must ensure accountability and performance alignment, be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, motivate and handle employees (both good and bad), and work to insure impactful boards.

Even if you understand what the challenges are, it is often difficult to know how to best address them. What are some of the best practices of other organizations? How does your organization measure up to those best practices? How can you improve and motivate others in your organization to excel?

Nonprofit University and the Georgia Center for Nonprofits are pleased to present a set of Executive Leadership Programs that focus on answering these questions. By utilizing case studies and small group interactions, and integrating current research and real-world examples, participants are exposed to new perspectives and approaches to solving today’s challenges.

These are not lofty ideas that you will “put on the shelf” when you return to your organization. You will be exposed to practical ideas and practices that you can put into action immediately. You will learn how to purposefully and deliberately lead your organization to drive results and ensure sustainability.

Through your program, you will have opportunities for networking, market insights, and professional development. You will have access to leaders and trainers who are recognized nationally as being in the upper echelon of their respective fields, and bring with them years of real-world business and nonprofit experience.

Our Executive Programs will help you maximize your impact and in turn maximize the impact of your mission.
